Kuching North City Hall (KNCH) issues permit and advertisement license as follows :-

i.  Fishtail/Bunting Permit

ii.  Banner Permit

iii.  Giant Banner Permit

iv. Business name License/Petrol Kiosk/Advertisement

v.  Billboard License

This is to ensure all advertisements displayed at business premises, lamp post, fence or approved areas have valid license as required under By Law 4 The City of Kuching North (Advertisements) By-laws, 2012.

Beside that it is also to ensure that all advertisements abide to the principles of advertisement control which includes public safety, maintain the quality and surrounding facilities, public convenience and to ensure that the content are followed according to the law.
