Help Squad is the initial action team for emergency situations such as fallen trees, flood, fire and road accidents occurring in DBKU areas.  This squad consist of 4 officers with various skills and is equipped with equipment such as chain saw, carpentry tools, personal protection equipment, traffic cones and others.  This squad will conduct monitoring and on site minor rectification to DBKU facilities caused by theft and vandalism such as loss of manhole covers and others.
