This centre is handled by CDS Division (Community Development and Services Division) to provide 24 hours  ala call centre to receive feedback or complaints from the local community.  The local community can call DBKU Hotline 082-446644 to channel their feedback on DBKU services or on services provided by other government agencies (DBKU practices “'No Wrong Door Policy”).
