KUCHING: Members of the public are invited to watch the Sultan Tengah Musical Theatre directed by Zakaria Hassan which will take place at Stadium Perpaduan, Jalan Stadium, here from September 21-23, 2018 at 8.00 p.m.

Tickets priced at RM200.00, RM150.00 and RM20.00 per person are now available at Level 3, Kuching North City Commission (DBKU) Public Relations Section, DBKU Headquarters, Bukit Siol here.

Fahrin Ahmad will take up the leading role as Sultan Tengah, Mahmud Ali Basah as Sultan Abdul Jalilul Akber, Bob Yusof as Menteri Amar Setia and Safar Ghaffar as Asya Mangkurat. Sultan Tengah, alsa known as Sultan Ibrahim Ali Omar Shah, was the son of the ninth Sultan of Brunei.

Born Pengiran Raja Tengah, Sultan Tengah was the first and only Sultan Sarawak who died in 1641.

The Mausoleum of Sultan Tengah is located just before the junction to Santubong fishing village, about 35 minutes' drive from Kuching City.
