WAY LEAVE PERMIT

Way leave permit is the authority letter issued to utility agencies such as Kuching Water Board (KWB), Sewerage Services Department Sarawak, SACOFA Sdn Bhd and Sarawak Energy Berhad (SEB)  for the laying of cables, pipes, post and others in Kuching North City Hall areas  which is one of the functions and responsibilities of Kuching North City Hall.

ROAD PERMIT

Road Permit is the authority or permission issued by Kuching North City Hall for the use of the roads within its areas for activities such as transport of gravel or earth which may cause disruption to the traffic flow and other road users. The issuance of this permit is restricted.

Applicants under Sarawak Road Ordinance 1994 are required to apply for the Road Permit from Kuching North City Hall and to get written approval from the authority before any activities is carried out.
