|
Draw up annual estimates or revenue and expenditure.
|

|
Determine Commission’s rating structure.
|

|
General financial control of the Commission.

Tender
|
|
|
|
I |
To accept or reject or reconsider tenders on behalf of the Commission in respect of all matters for which calling of tender is required under Regulation 179 of the Local Authorities Financial Regulations, or as directed by Commission.

|
II |
Reconsider, approve or reject tenders worth RM50,000.00 - RM1,000,000.00 as stipulated in Regulations 179(3)(a) Local Authorities Financial Regulations, 1997.

III |
Tenders exceeding RM1,000,000.00 must have the approval of the Commission.
|
| B. |
QUORUM
|
|
|
|
The attendance shall be 50% of the total number of membership.
|
|
|
|
In the absence of the chairman, any member appointed by other members of the committee present at the meeting, to preside over the meeting.
|

|
In the absence of the chairman, then the chairman appointed among the members shall have an extra vote.
