All land development projects required under  Part X Land Code (Amendment) 1997, must be built according to the approved engineering plan by Land & Survey Department.

Once the project is completed, the submitting engineer appointed by the developer must notify Kuching North City Hall by submitting PD4 Form: Certificate of Completion of Civil Engineering Work. 

Joint site inspection will be arranged with both parties.  If all the engineering workd is done according to the approved engineering plan, the submitting engineer will be advised to submit supporting document required as in the  checklist RC1: Application for Issuance of Road Certificate together with PD5 Form: Application for The Issue of Road Certificate.
