Property owners may object in writing on or before the date stipulated in the Notice on Amendments to the Valuation List and a fee amounting to RM20.00 is charged.
Each eligible objection will heard in the Objection Hearing Committee (OHC).
Objection can be made on the following grounds:
- The property is valued beyond its rateable value;
- The property that is valued and should not be rateable;
- The property was that is out to be included in the Valuation list is missed out;
- The property was valued below its rateable value;
- The property was which have been valued jointly or separately valued ought to be valued otherwise
