Assessment rates paid after the due dates -  31 Mei or 31 October  each year will be imposed a surcharge of  1% surcharge per month. 

If outstanding rates exceeds RM500 OR if the amount is  less than RM500 but exceeding  5 years, the property will be caveated, issued ‘Letter of Demand’ and taken Legal action.
