6.   Copy of Occupational Permit or approval letter  to occupy a building for renovation of main structure that has not been issued Occupation Permit

7.   Copy of ownership/Extract of Land title/Land title if the applicant is the owner of the land or the Sale & Purchase Agreement or the Tenancy Agreement

8.   Photos of the premise - Inside and outside view and related spaces(3R sized and coloured)

9.  Signboard installation permit

10. Confirmation letter from Bomba ( For application using cylinder gas

11. Support Letter form Kuching District Office (For village shop application)

12. Copy of Latest Assessment Bill (For village shop application)

13. Consent Letter form Village Head (For village shop application)

14. Consent letter from land owner together supporting documents (if the applicant is not the land owner)

15 Copy of Birth certificate if  the father/mother is the land owner or Marriage certificate if husband/wife is the land owner.
