Kuching North City Hal (KNCH) distributes 120 litre bins to new house owners in KNCH area only. This would ease the residents to get their bins. The following documents are required to certify that they are eligible:

a)    Identification card

b)    Assessment rates Bill,

c)    Occupational Permit  and

d)    Utility Bill

House owners that has previously been issued wheel bin by Trieneken Sdn Bhd would not be eligible to get another one.
