The Valuation List will be amended if :-

• A new building is built on the property;
• The Annual Rateable Value of the property increases when renovation or redevelopment is done to the property, there is a change in the use  or any other changes is made to the property.
• The Annual Rateable Value of the property decreases when it is demolished or partly demolished.
• A property was omitted.
• Any changes to the property due to any Planning Laws which causes the Annual Rateable Value to  increase or decrease.

Property Owners will be issued the Notice on the Amendments to the Valuation List pursuant to Section 69 of the Local Authorities Ordinance, 1996 to notify them of the new Annual Rateable Value.
