CANCELLATION, SUBSTITUTION AND REFUND POLICY
1. Any cancellation or refund request must be made in writing direct to SECRETARIAT, International Conference City With A Soul at the following address:

Jalan Semariang, 93050 Kuching, Sarawak, Malaysia.

2. Cancellation received 7 days prior to the conference date will be charged 25% administration fee.
3. No refund for any cancellation made after 1st September 2015.
4. Substitues are welcome in the event that the registered participants are unable to attend. Please inform in writing direct to SECRETARIAT, International Conference City With A Soul at the following address:
